If you’ve been to the clinic before, chances are you had the pleasure of meeting Carolina! Carolina’s daily goal is going above and beyond to make sure patients are always completely satisfied. Having worked in the podiatry industry for 22 years, Carolina brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to client service, insurance policies, and procedures.​ She steers the ship to make sure everything runs smoothly on the daily. Carolina is known for spicing up every outfit with her signature costume jewellery.

Day in and out, Bianca works hard to ensure Feet First Clinic runs smoothly. Customer service is at the top of her list and she treats every customer like family. Bianca has a passion for fitness and is dedicated to helping people take care of their feet and body. There is no problem that she can’t solve and she believes that where there is a will, there’s a way.

Erica oversees our clinic’s daily and strategic operations to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. In addition to quality assurance, she works on marketing initiatives, writes website and social media content, and selects footwear and products to adequately address our client’s foot health needs. Her goal is to ensure patients are equipped with the knowledge and solutions they need to help with their pain. When she’s not busy in the clinic, you’ll find her exploring underground music, hiking with friends, or cheering on her favourite sports teams (Go Jays!). She also loves huskies!

Ayushi has a background in medical devices, and is responsible for the smooth behind-the-scenes operation of the clinic. From administrative support, to managing the clinic’s medical and product inventory, to ensuring patient orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, Ayushi does it all! In her leisure time, she loves travelling and photography, and binging Netflix.

One of the newest members of our administrative support team, Kim joins us with an admin and customer service background. When she’s not in the clinic helping to streamline operations or assisting clients, you can find Kim canoeing down the river with her trusty dog, or cycling along the lakeshore (dog backpack!). She’s an explorer at heart and enjoys discovering new places, as well as new music. She loves listening to audiobooks, cooking, and wood carving.

With a background in Kinesiology, Veronika is passionate about fitness and healthcare. Veronika is responsible for the administrative services that help Feet First run smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her cat Milo, and doing any sort of physical activity (especially yoga). She also LOVES trying new restaurants so feel free to send your favourites her way!

With a background in film production, Megan is new to this industry but has a passion for organization and administrative work. She looks after the inventory in the clinic along with the administrative tasks that help the clinic run. Megan really enjoys live events, so outside of work you can find her at any concert or sporting event in the city!
