If you’ve been to the clinic before, chances are you had the pleasure of meeting Carolina! Carolina’s daily goal is going above and beyond to make sure patients are always completely satisfied. Having worked in the podiatry industry for 22 years, Carolina brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to client service, insurance policies, and procedures.​ She steers the ship to make sure everything runs smoothly on the daily. Carolina is known for spicing up every outfit with her signature costume jewellery.

Day in and out, Bianca works hard to ensure Feet First Clinic runs smoothly. Customer service is at the top of her list and she treats every customer like family. Bianca has a passion for fitness and is dedicated to helping people take care of their feet and body. There is no problem that she can’t solve and she believes that where there is a will, there’s a way.

Erica oversees our clinic’s daily and strategic operations to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. In addition to quality assurance, she works on marketing initiatives, writes website and social media content, and selects footwear and products to adequately address our client’s foot health needs. Her goal is to ensure patients are equipped with the knowledge and solutions they need to help with their pain. When she’s not busy in the clinic, you’ll find her exploring underground music, hiking with friends, or cheering on her favourite sports teams (Go 49ers!) She also loves huskies!

Isabella is often one of the first faces you’ll see at our clinic’s main location. Their main focuses include helping clients with paperwork, footwear, and anything else they may need, as well as making sure our chiropodists have everything necessary to properly serve our clientele. When not at the clinic, they can be found lurking online, playing video games, or with their nose stuffed in a book somewhere.

Mara can usually be found at our Satellite location. Greeting guests, compiling documents, and helping our chiropodists and patients with their various needs are her main roles. She takes pride in ensuring that the daily operations of our Satellite clinic are running smoothly. While out of the office, Mara enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games, and cooking or baking up a delicious storm in the kitchen.

Hao is a graduate from the University of Toronto with a degree in biology. She grew up in South Africa but now calls Toronto home. In her spare time she enjoys reading, crafts, and spending time with her cat, Delfina. She is passionate about healthcare and is excited to help in anyway she can!
