Learn about our COVID policy

For the safety of our staff, patients and chiropodists, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Feet First Clinic follows strict health and safety protocols in accordance with the rules and guidelines set forth by the Ontario Ministry of Health and College of Chiropodists of Ontario. All staff and chiropodists wear proper PPE at all times in the clinic. All frequently touched surfaces are routinely sanitized and disinfected. Exam rooms are disinfected and wiped down between patients.

For the safety of our patients and staff, and to prevent community transmission, all patients and clients entering the clinic must wear a properly fitted mask that fully covers the nose and mouth at all times. All patients must also undergo a health screening upon entering the clinic. People who refuse to follow these protocols may be asked to leave.

Patients are permitted up to one guest to accompany them to their appointment. Please contact us if you require more than one person to accompany you to your appointment. We also ask that patients not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
