What better way to start off the new year right than by getting some new self care routines. Here are some tips on new foot routines to get you feeling your best:
Start off with a foot soak
Foot soaks are known to soothe muscles, hydrate your skin, and relax sore feet. Air out your shoes
Before you go to sleep, take out your insoles or orthotics and let them dry.
