Since 2021, Erica has been writing, researching and editing educational content for Feet First Clinic’s website and social media. Her work at Feet First Clinic combines her two passions: writing and educating people about their health.
Before working at Feet First Clinic, Erica worked as a legal assistant in personal injury law, where she built foundational knowledge about pain management and physical health. This, combined with her own personal health journey, fueled her passion for educating people about pain management and the connection between physical and mental wellbeing. She believes in helping people find attainable and practical solutions for their health concerns, and that exercise and fitness can be accessible for people of all ages and abilities.
Outside her work at Feet First Clinic, Erica enjoys live music, reading and spending time with her family.
